Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with the SEC-registered offering by Southern Copper Corporation of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.350% notes due 2036.
Founded in 1952, Southern Copper is one of the world’s largest integrated copper producers. Through its mining, smelting and refining operations in Peru and Mexico, the company produces copper and a broad range of by-products that are essential to global infrastructure, manufacturing and energy transition initiatives.
