We advised the sales agents on the offering

Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with the SEC-registered at-the-market offering by SoundHound AI, Inc. of its Class A common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $300 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “SOUN.”

SoundHound offers independent voice AI solutions that enable businesses to deliver high-quality conversational experiences to their customers. Built on proprietary technology, SoundHound’s voice AI delivers speed and accuracy in numerous languages to product creators across automotive, TV and IoT, as well as to customer service industries.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Emily Roberts and associates Rebecca Lei, Joon Ko and Naomi Zhao. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Northern California office.
