Davis Polk advised Smith+Nephew in connection with its SEC-registered shelf takedown of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2036. Davis Polk also advised Smith+Nephew in connection with its concurrent cash tender offer for $250 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 2.032% senior notes due 2030.
