We advised Semtech on its private placement of 4% convertible senior notes due 2028

Davis Polk advised Semtech Corporation in connection with its private placement of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.00% convertible senior notes due 2028. The notes were sold in an offering exempt from registration under Section 4(a)(2), and ownership of the notes is limited to investors who are “qualified institutional buyers” under Rule 144A.
