Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with an SEC-registered at-the-market offering by RxSight, Inc. of its shares of common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $50 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “RXST.”
Based in Aliso Viejo, California, RxSight is a commercial-stage medical technology company dedicated to improving the vision of patients with its proprietary RxSight Light Adjustable Lens system.
