We advised the Rockefeller Group on a construction loan

Davis Polk advised affiliates of the Rockefeller Group in connection with a $230 million construction loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited, New York Branch, for a property located at 16 Dupont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Rockefeller Group plans to build a 40-story mixed used skyscraper, totaling over 350,000 square feet of rentable space.
