We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. as underwriters in connection with the offering of $3.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.800% bonds due 2029 by the Province of Ontario.

The Davis Polk capital markets team included partner Deanna L. Kirkpatrick, counsel Arisa Akashi Sin and associate Monica Rodriguez. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
