Davis Polk advised the representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering by Pitney Bowes Inc. of $150 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% senior notes due 2029. The notes are a reopening of the company’s 7.250% senior notes due 2029 issued on March 19, 2021.
