We are advising the borrower on the financing

Davis Polk is advising Owens Corning as the borrower in connection with a $3 billion loan facility. The facility will be used to fund the acquisition of Masonite International Corporation.

Masonite operates 64 manufacturing and distribution facilities, primarily in North America, and has over 10,000 employees globally.
