We are advising One Call on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising One Call on its acquisition of Data Dimensions. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since 1982, Data Dimensions has helped clients better manage business processes and workflows by bridging automation, technology and physical operational capabilities. Data Dimensions provides end-to-end solutions for medical bills and claims, medical records and other documents. The services it provides include digitalization as a service (mailroom and data capture), clearinghouse, provider-flow and payments. Data Dimensions is a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners of St. Louis, Missouri.
