Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $96 million initial public offering by Mission Produce, Inc. of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock, of which 1,750,000 shares were sold by selling shareholders. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “AVO.”

Mission Produce is a world leader in sourcing, producing and distributing fresh avocados, serving retail, wholesale and foodservice customers in over 25 countries. Mission Produce sources, produces, packs and distributes avocados to its customers and provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packing and logistical management. In addition, Mission Produce provides customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and training designed to increase their retail avocado sales.
