We advised Mech-Mind on its IPO and HKEX listing

Davis Polk advised Mech-Mind on its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in reliance on Regulation S. The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$2.71 billion, assuming the over-allotment option will be exercised in full.

Mech-Mind is an intelligent robot component company that focuses on AI and 3D vision-guided non-specialty intelligent robot components. The company’s products combine 3D vision, AI and robotic manipulation technologies to enable robots to perceive, understand and interact with complex real-world environments across a broad range of industrial applications. According to CIC, Mech-Mind ranked first in the global AI and 3D vision-guided non-specialty intelligent robot component market by revenue in 2025, with a market share of approximately 22.1%.
