Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with the establishment of an SEC-registered at-the-market offering program by MDU Resources Group, Inc. of up to 10,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Principally based in Bismark, North Dakota, MDU Resources is a regulated energy delivery and construction materials and services business. MDU Resources is organized into five business segments, including electric, natural gas distribution, pipeline and midstream, construction materials and contracting, and construction services.
