We advised the company on the cooperation agreement 

Davis Polk advised an Israeli fabless manufacturing company on its cooperation agreement with Value Base Fund.

The Davis Polk team included partners Brian Wolfe and Michael Kaplan. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
