We advised the underwriters on the SPAC IPO and NYSE listing

Davis Polk advised the representative of the several underwriters in connection with the $1.38 billion initial public offering of 138,000,000 units of KKR Acquisition Holdings I Corp. The units are now trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KAHC.U.”
