Davis Polk advised Interra Acquisition Corporation in connection with its initial public offering of 100.1 million Class A shares and 40.04 million listed warrants for aggregate proceeds of HK$1 billion. Primavera Capital Acquisition LLC and ABCI Asset Management Limited are the promoters of Interra Acquisition Corporation. The shares and warrants have been admitted to trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s main board under the stock code “7801” and “4801,” respectively.

Interra Acquisition Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in the Cayman Islands that has been established to focus on pursuing a business combination with targets that are high-growth companies focused on Greater China in the sectors of innovative technology, consumer and new retail, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and climate action.
