The consent solicitation involves notes due 2028

Davis Polk advised the solicitation agents in connection with a solicitation of consents by Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) from holders of all of its 3.625% senior notes due 2028 issued by Black Knight InfoServ, LLC, to certain amendments under the indenture governing the notes.
