Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with a $6.5 billion SEC-registered senior notes offering by Intel Corporation. The offering consisted of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.650% senior notes due 2031, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2033, $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.300% senior notes due 2036, $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2056 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.200% senior notes due 2066.
