Hilton $1 billion senior notes offering
The high-yield notes are due 2033
Davis Polk advised the representative of the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.750% senior notes due 2033.
Hilton is one of the largest global hospitality companies, with a portfolio of 24 world-class brands comprising more than 8,600 properties and more than 1.2 million rooms, in 139 countries and territories.
