The ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $636 million SEC-registered secondary offering of 11,721,449 American depositary shares representing 117,214,490 Class B ordinary shares of Grupo Financiero Galicia by HSBC Bank plc. The ADSs are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GGAL.”

Grupo Financiero Galicia is one of Argentina’s largest financial services groups. Banco Galicia is its main subsidiary. Banco Galicia is a leading provider of financial services in Argentina, providing a full range of financial services through one of the most extensive and diversified distribution platforms among private-sector financial institutions in Argentina.
