The investment-grade notes are due 2027 and 2032

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of its $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate senior notes due 2027, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.350% senior notes due 2027 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.100% senior notes due 2032.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
