Galaxy $460 million strategic investment
We advised Galaxy on the equity offering
Davis Polk advised Galaxy Digital Inc. in connection with a private strategic investment of 12,777,778 shares of Class A common stock of Galaxy Digital Inc. by a leading asset manager, consisting of 9,027,778 shares issued and sold by Galaxy and 3,750,000 shares sold by certain executive officers of Galaxy, including its Founder and CEO, at a price of $36.00 per share.
Galaxy intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and to power the buildout of its Helios data center campus.
