We advised Emera on the offering
Davis Polk advised Emera Incorporated in connection with its SEC-registered at-the-market offering program established under the multijurisdictional disclosure system. Pursuant to the terms of the program, Emera may issue up to C$600 million of common shares from time to time through the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
