We advised Digicel in connection with the cash tender offer

Davis Polk advised Digicel Group Holdings Limited in connection with a “modified Dutch Auction” cash tender offer by Digicel to spend up to $10 million to purchase its 7.00% PIK perpetual convertible notes.

Digicel is a total communications and entertainment provider with operations in 32 markets in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific.
