We advised the borrower on the transaction

Davis Polk advised certain subsidiaries of Clarivate plc in connection with a $75 million incremental revolving credit facility, resulting in an increase of its existing revolving credit facility from $700 million to $775 million. Proceeds of the incremental facility will be used for general corporate purposes. 

Clarivate is a multinational company that owns and operates a collection of subscription-based services focused largely on analytics, including scientific and academic research, patent analytics, regulatory standards, trademark protection, pharmaceutical and biotechnology intelligence, domain brand protection and intellectual property management.
