We advised Cipher Digital on the transaction

Davis Polk advised an affiliate of Cipher Digital Inc. on its 15-year data center lease with an investment-grade hyperscale tenant. Under the terms of the agreement, Cipher will develop and deliver a new HPC data center at one of its existing sites.
