CEVA issued 29,856,537 registered shares in the offering, at CHF 27.50 per share, for total gross proceeds of CHF 821 million and placed CHF 379 million of mandatory convertible securities in the concurrent private placement. The registered shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the symbol “CEVA.”
