We advised the underwriters on the SEC-registered stock offering

Davis Polk advised the representative of the underwriters in connection with the $66.1 million offering of 2,645,000 shares of Boston Omaha Corporation’s Class A common stock, which includes 300,000 shares sold by a selling stockholder and 2,345,000 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares from the company. The shares of common stock are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “BOMN.”

Boston Omaha Corporation is a public holding company with three majority owned businesses engaged in outdoor advertising, surety insurance and broadband telecommunications services. The company also maintains minority investments in a bank, a national residential homebuilder and commercial real estate services businesses.
