Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with an SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Beyond Meat, Inc. of shares of its common stock for up to an aggregate offering price of $200 million.
Beyond Meat, Inc. is a leading plant-based meat company offering a portfolio of plant-based meats. Founded in 2009, Beyond Meat offers products that are designed to have the same taste and texture as animal-based meat while being better for people and the planet.
