BBVA $2.5 billion senior non-preferred notes offering
We advised BBVA on its offering of senior non-preferred notes
Davis Polk advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (BBVA) on its SEC-registered offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.150% senior non-preferred fixed-rate notes due 2029, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.127% senior non-preferred fixed-rate notes due 2036 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior non-preferred floating-rate notes due 2029. The notes are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
