Davis Polk is advising Bansk Group in connection with its acquisition of Woodstream Corporation. Bansk Group is a private investment group focused on growth companies and has approximately $1.5 billion in assets under management. Bansk Group was founded by Bart Becht, the former CEO of Reckitt Benckiser, who is also a Senior Partner and the Chairman of the Bansk Group. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
