We advised the joint book-running managers on the SEC-registered stock offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $993 million SEC-registered secondary offering of 35,475,457 shares of common stock of Array Technologies, Inc. by its controlling stockholder, which included 4,420,486 shares from the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ARRY.”
