Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with the SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Ardelyx, Inc. of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $100 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ARDX.”

Based in Fremont, California, Ardelyx, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company founded with a mission to discover, develop and commercialize innovative, first-in-class medicines that meet significant unmet medical needs.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Emily Roberts and associates Sunny Xu and Erica F. Buonanno. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Northern California office.
