We advised AB Sagax on the offering of shares via an accelerated book-building process

Davis Polk advised AB Sagax in connection an offering of its Class B common shares via an accelerated book-building process. The shares were offered on a Regulation S / private placement basis.

AB Sagax is a Swedish property company focusing on commercial properties, primarily within the warehouse and light industry segment. Sagax invests mainly in properties with stable cash flows located in European metropolitan areas. AB Sagax (publ) is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
