On November 19, Davis Polk Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Group co-head Betty Moy Huber will speak at NYU School of Law's Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance “ESG’s Private Equity Channel” panel discussion. Huber will discuss the role that private equity firms are playing as ESG intermediaries, as well as the contractual issues that arise between LPs and fund sponsors. Huber will be joined by panelists from Blackstone, Institutional Limited Partners Association, Ropes & Gray and Simpson Thacher.
