Davis Polk partner Arthur Burke was among the speakers at the American Bar Association’s 2018 Antitrust Masters Course. Every two years, the ABA Section of Antitrust Law puts on the Masters Course, which provides deeper insight into key antitrust principles. Burke spoke on the “Advising the Allegedly Dominant Firm” panel, which focused on counseling the high-risk client with respect to single-firm strategies that are frequently the subject of investigations or litigation, such as conditioned pricing, exclusivity agreements, refusals to deal, and licensing issues.

The program was held October 17-20, 2018, in Maryland.
