On April 22 and 23, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Foreign Investment & National Security practice head Paul Marquardt and partner Ben Joseloff will be among the speakers at the American Conference Institute’s 12th National Conference on CFIUS.

Paul will speak on the “BioTech and Personal Sensitive Data as Bigger ‘Red Flags’” panel.
