On January 15, 2026, Davis Polk partner Nate Asker will be among the speakers at New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s 2026 Annual Meeting.

Nate will moderate the “Monopolizing the Conversation: Is Free Speech an Antitrust Issue?” panel. The program will highlight whether there is a competition problem in media and content and if the antitrust laws are an appropriate tool to address potential harms to protect free speech.
