On September 16, 2025, Davis Polk partners Nate Asker and Sheila Adams James will be among the speakers at Georgetown Law’s 2025 Global Antitrust Enforcement Symposium.

Nate will moderate the “Antitrust Enforcement: Are We at Another Inflection Point?” panel. Topics discussed will include new enforcement trends, the future of interventionism, the impact of trade policies on both corporate competition and enforcement strategies, and other international developments.

Sheila will speak on the “Technology & Antitrust: 25 Years Into the 21st Century” panel.
