On June 10, 2026, Davis Polk partners Matt Bacal and Jamie Haldin will be among the speakers at L Suite’s 2026 AI Conference. 

Matt will speak on the “Data usage & AI: What can you build with your data?” panel. Topics discussed will include foundational legal considerations when building AI products – from sourcing and licensing training data to understanding derivative works and IP implications of AI-generated outputs.

Jamie will speak on the “Human in the loop (or not): Governance standards for autonomous AI decision-making” panel.
