On June 9, 2026, Davis Polk partner and White Collar Defense & Investigations practice co-head Martine Beamon will be among the speakers at Global Investigations Review’s Academy Live: Witness Interview Skills Workshop. Martine will speak on the “Masterclass: The art of the witness interviews” panel. The panel will demonstrate an end-to-end interview, showcase a good (or not) practice interview, and discuss what not to do and how to deal with unexpected challenges.  

Martine will also speak on the “GIR Academy Live: What would you do?” panel, which will highlight what not to do and how to approach the problem in question in a number of scenarios that can arise during the process of interviewing.
