Martine Beamon and Paul Nathanson speak at ACI’s “Global Anti-Corruption, Ethics & Compliance” conference
On June 3 and 4, 2026 White Collar Defense & Investigations practice co-head Martine Beamon and partner Paul Nathanson will be among the speakers at the American Conference Institute’s “Global Anti-Corruption, Ethics & Compliance” conference.
Martine will moderate the “Confronting a Crisis and Real-World Compliance, Reputational, Disclosure and Investigations Conundrums” interactive session. The interactive session will challenge attendees to assess risks, coordinate cross‑functional responses, manage internal investigations and navigate regulator expectations under intense time pressure.
On June 3, Paul will speak on the “Unpacking Tariff Fraud as a Corruption Driver: How Trade, Sanctions, Anti‑Corruption, and FCPA Risks Are Converging Across Borders” program. Topics discussed will include practice steps for integrating trade compliance, anti-corruption and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act programs and why tariff fraud is increasingly appearing alongside third-party corruption, supply-chain misconduct and books-and-records violations.
