On February 27, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Asia practice chair Martin Rogers will be among the speakers at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Conference 2026. Martin will speak on the “When Business Disputes and Criminal Law Collide” panel. The program will highlight how and why commercial conflicts become “criminalised”, the challenges in distinguishing genuine criminal misconduct from aggressive litigation tactics and the legal and ethical considerations that follow.
