On July 7, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Supreme Court & Appellate practice head Kannon Shanmugam will be among the speakers at the “2026 Supreme Court Review: Key Decisions, Executive Power & Civil Discourse.” The program will be hosted by the National Constitution Center and co-hosted by Texas A&M University. Kannon will speak on a panel on the “Supreme Court’s 2025-26 term.” The session will highlight differing perspectives examining the Court’s 2025-26 term.
