On July 23, 2026, Davis Polk partner and Supreme Court & Appellate practice head Kannon Shanmugam will be among the speakers at the 2026 Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. Kannon will speak on the “Pressing issues facing the judiciary” panel. The conference will consider the business of the courts, the means of improving the administration of justice and the implementation of decisions made by competent authority as to the administration of the business of the courts in the Ninth Circuit.
