Justin Levine speaks at City Bar’s Crypto Conference
On March 18, 2026, Davis Polk counsel Justin Levine will be among the speakers at New York City Bar Association’s Crypto Conference. Justin will moderate the “Tokenization and the Future of Financial Services” panel. Topics discussed will include how tokenization is being applied to securities and banking products, the regulatory challenges it presents, and the opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Panelists will discuss current requirements under the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Bank Secrecy Act and agency guidance, as well as forthcoming requirements under the GENIUS Act and proposed market structure legislation.
