On January 23, 2026, Davis Polk partner Frances Bivens will be among the speakers at the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) 2026 Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration.

Frances will moderate the “Performance in a Changing Environment” panel. The panel will focus on how in-house counsel are adapting to regulatory volatility, protecting commercial relationships and anticipating conflict in a rapidly changing legal and geopolitical environment.
