The program will discuss how loan transferability issues are affecting liquidity in the U.S. and EMEA markets and examine the various strategies used in the different jurisdictions including the increase of both disqualified lender lists and whitelists, minimum holds and caps, and how borrower and sponsor consents are being applied to participations, sub-participations and credit default swaps.
