On February 26 and 27, 2026, Davis Polk AML/CFT head Dan Stipano will be among the speakers at the 2026 Puerto Rican Symposium of Anti Money Laundering. On February 26, Dan will speak on the “Washington Sets the Tone: Regulatory Priorities Shaping Bank Examinations” panel. Topics discussed will include what examiners are focusing on across AML, sanctions, fraud, cyber coordination, governance and a federal perspective on the Bank Secrecy Act reform.
On February 27, Dan will speak on the “Boards, Senior Management & Personal Liability in Financial Crime Oversight” panel. Topics discussed will include board responsibilities, escalation failures and what Boards of Directors should be asking from their compliance officers.
