Davis Polk associate Shen Mei Bolton was named a 2025 “Rising Star” by the Fund Finance Association. The award recognizes the distinguished group of emerging professionals whose achievements, innovation and leadership are helping to define what’s next for the fund finance community.

Shen Mei was honored for her work representing both borrowers and lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, management company facilities, and NAV and hybrid facilities.

The Fund Finance Association announced its 2025 “Rising Stars” list on September 25, 2025.
